Sybille’s classes are informed by over 10 years of teaching  and blend gentle somatic movements (From Satya training), traditional postures (asanas), creative flow (vinyasa),  breathing practice (pranayama), meditation, and the wisdom teachings of various traditions. 
In class we create a deep internal practice that promotes self inquiry and mindfulness.

The practice helps the body to become strong and flexible but also allows the nervous system to calm down and rest. 
 Contemplative practices invite a sense of deep peace and inner quiet.

From Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon, you will delve into the wonders of ancient Yogic practices and discover tools to ground, energise and deeply relax your body, mind and heart.  
Away from the usual demands of daily life, in a stunningly beautiful, safe and nurturing environment, Sybille invites you to come take care of yourself, and simply enjoy being. 





YOGA DAY RETREAT

Schedule:

10am- 12pm:  Slow flow Yoga 

12.15- 1.15pm: Lunch

1.30- 3.30pm: Gentle yoga/ restorative and Yoga Nidra

Tickets are £65 per person including lunch and tea. 


Having the whole day to practice means we can take more time to dive in and go deep into the practice of Yoga.  
In this retreat, we'll have time to experience a complete practice including pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures), Meditation and deep relaxation. 
This is designed to rejuvenate and restore your whole body/mind. 

A homemade and easy to digest lunch of Ayurvedic Kitchari, salad and a sweet treat will be provided to assist our practice.
