Sybille’s classes are informed by over 10 years of teaching and blend gentle somatic movements (From Satya training), traditional postures (asanas), creative flow (vinyasa), breathing practice (pranayama), meditation, and the wisdom teachings of various traditions.
In class we create a deep internal practice that promotes self inquiry and mindfulness.
The practice helps the body to become strong and flexible but also allows the nervous system to calm down and rest.
