Yoga for everyone
We will start the class with some breathing and some gentle movments to warm the body and connect to ourselves. We may practice some gentle somatic movements from the SATYA method, as well as some classical gentle movements form the Hatha yoga tradition.
We'll then move on to a standing slow flow, with some lovely
sequences created to warm, strengthen gently, and free the body of
tensions. We'll practice classical standing postures and creative flows
interlinked with the breath.
We make sure the practice is a wonderful moment for ourselves and are
encouraged to listen to sensations, do what feels good in the moment and
really look after ourselves.
The class winds down to a floor sequence, perhaps some meditation and definitely a nice savasana- relaxation.
