In the summer you can use the swimming pool and tennis court.

Food
Good quality locally sourced food is simple yet tasty and nourishing and is served in the relaxed atmosphere of the beautifully converted dining room. Food will be vegetarian and mostly organic when possible. The menus are designed and prepared by the retreat centre to be easy to digest and nutritious to help our Yoga practice. Read about Gayles food HERE.
Weekend Sample program
All activities are optional but it is best for yourself and for the group if you try to participate in most.
4.30pm- Arrival- Tea and cake
Saturday
7.30-8am- Pranayama - Meditation
2pm- Departure
This schedule might be slightly changed to suit the group's needs.
We practice "Mouna" - silence between the last practice of the day and just after breakfast. It creates a beautiful sense of space and releases any pressure of having to talk/chat in the evening and early morning, so we can go inwards a bit more. There is still plenty of time to socialise though through the weekend!
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.
You will be the contacted for the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat (By the 18th of October 2019).
Deposits are non-refundable. Thereafter refunds (up to 25% of payment and excluding deposit) can only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Bus from Brighton:
Buses run from Churchill Square and the seafront regularly, taking just under an hour directly to the top of Gayle’s driveway – see the timetable here.
