Since I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago I have been learning from many teachers and many traditions (Astanga, Vinyasa flow, Sivananda, Hatha, Anusara, Iyengar, Yin, SATYA…) and will continue learning and studying forever! I believe that even though the styles differ, they all derive from traditional Hatha yoga and all try to help bring balance to body, mind and spirit .
I also teach gentle haha yoga, a slower form of yoga, where we take time to really feel every pose and breathe.
Restorative yoga and gentle somatic movement are also an important part of my teaching, bringing a very healing aspect to the practice.
I am extremely grateful to all my teachers (especially Sabine Naud, Madava,Bridget woods Kramer, Jean Hall, Louisa Sear, Lucy Roberts, Rose Baudin, Jo Tastula, Tias Little) and all my students.
I teach slow yoga classes reflecting my love for the fluidity, grace and creativity of flowing sequences, precise technique and alignment, as well as attention to the breath, deep relaxation and meditation.
This creates a well rounded practice allowing more freedom, peace and clarity both in body and mind.
All classes are different and respond to the group’s needs. Using all the different techniques and approaches I have learnt I create a tailored practice.
At the end of a class you may feel energised, stronger, more flexible and relaxed.

I believe the practice of yoga is unique to each individual and available to everyone.
I will encourage each student to make the practice their own, tuning in to their intuition and to what they truly need on any given day.
I have completed a 500h yoga teacher training with Yoga arts and many many trainings and workshops with different teachers.

Most recently I have been studying SATYA with Tias Little and I incorporate this practice a lot in my teaching.
I have studied Thai Yoga Massage with Ralf Marzen and learned Reiki 1 in India. I am continuously studying and deepening my own practice.
Meditation is also a important part of my practice and is often included in classes.
