If you find yourself constantly cooking the same vegetable dishes and have a limited knowledge on eating a complete vegetarian diet then this is the course for you.
 Over this weekend course you'll have the opportunity to delve into the wonders of vegetarian cuisine.
 Inspired by raw food, Ayurveda and her French background let Sybille Pouzet show you how to prepare delicious, beautiful, seasonal and nutritionally balanced dishes that will keep your taste buds enthused and your body healthy. 
The programme will cover all aspects of the vegetarian cuisine including everyday dinners, soups, stews, one pot meals, raw salads, the use of grains, healthy snacks and impressive dinner party menus. 
Over the weekend you will build your ‘vegetarian toolbox’ and leave feeling confident to start creating your own recipes for everyday use. All of the dishes made will be mostly dairy free and completely wheat free. 


We will make it all together and taste it all too!
