Come and allow your whole body and mind to deeply rest and rejuvenate.
This practice is for everyone, and especially beneficial
if you feel tired, stressed, are injured or simply needing
a bit of time for yourself.
The class is floor based and very gentle.
We use a blend of breath work, small releasing movements,
yin and held restorative postures supported by props, and yoga nidra.
We release effort and let our whole being soften and deeply relax.
This is designed to free the body of held tension and fatigue.
It helps the nervous system to turn on to the parasympathetic mode
(the relaxing/ healing mode) and is very beneficial for healing.
Allowing some time for this kind of practice helps to
balance out the more active practices or activities in our lives.
