About

I am a Mindful Slow flow / Hatha / Restorative Yoga teacher (500h yoga alliance certified) in London. I have been teaching Yoga for 10 years and been practicing for about 15... I guide public classes, workshops, retreats and one to ones. I love exploring the huge potential of Yoga for healing and for growth, physically, mentally and emotionally. My style is slow and mindful. I am also a trained chef and love cooking nourishing vegan food. I love painting and being in nature too.
